**Tasheel al-Nahw** by Aamir Bashir is a revised and expanded English rendering of Mawlana Mushtaq Ahmad Charthawali’s Urdu primer on Ilm al-Nahw (Arabic grammar). This version has been further developed through teaching experience, with revised explanations, additional examples and exercises, clearer definitions, and references to established Arabic grammar works. Designed for beginner-to-intermediate students with some prior knowledge of Arabic, the book is intended to be studied under the guidance of a qualified teacher. An appendix also outlines the position of Tasheel al-Nahw within the traditional Nahw curriculum and suggests a pathway for further study.
