Where We Ship
We currently ship nationwide across Pakistan, and internationally to most countries worldwide. If your country isn't listed at checkout, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Shipping Charges
Delivery is calculated at checkout from your city and the total weight of your parcel, and shown in full before you pay. Our rates follow what the courier charges us — including its fuel surcharge, which it revises monthly — and are published below, so you can work out the cost before you reach the checkout.

- Parcel weight includes the packaging and is rounded up to the next full kilogram, as the courier weighs and bills it.
- Cash-on-delivery orders add a COD charge: the tax the courier withholds on cash it collects, insurance on that cash, and — on larger orders — its cash-collection fee. It is itemised separately at checkout. Paying by bank transfer avoids it entirely.
- Cash on delivery is available for orders up to Rs 30,000 in total — the most the courier will collect on one parcel. Larger orders are paid by bank transfer.
- International delivery is quoted by hand — choose your country at checkout, place your order, and we'll email you a quote within one working day. Nothing ships or is charged until you accept it.
Free Delivery — Terms
Orders of Rs 20,000 and above paid by bank transfer qualify for free delivery anywhere in Pakistan, on these terms:
- Free delivery covers parcels up to 5 kg. Above 5 kg, only the weight beyond the first 5 kg is charged, at the rates in the table above.
- Free delivery applies to bank-transfer orders only. Cash-on-delivery orders pay delivery and the COD charge at the published rates, whatever their value.
- Applies to delivery within Pakistan only. International orders are quoted separately.
- Calculated on the order subtotal, before delivery charges.
- This is a limited-time offer and may be withdrawn or changed at any time. The terms in force are the ones shown at checkout when you place your order.
Processing & Delivery Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (excluding Sundays & public holidays).
- Within Karachi — same-day delivery. Order early in the day and it reaches you the same day, in shā Allāh.
- Elsewhere in Pakistan, delivery typically takes 3–7 working days via our courier partners Pakistan Post and Leopards.
- International orders typically take 7–21 working days depending on the destination and customs.

Customs & Duties
For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
