Who Handles Your Return
The Islamic Corner is the online entity of Maktaba tul Quran and Oud al Haram, Shop No. 29, Allama Binnori Town, Jamshed Road, Karachi 74800, Pakistan. Your return comes back to the same people who packed it — there is no third party in between. All returns, exchanges and refunds under this policy are handled directly by Maktaba tul Quran and Oud al Haram, which manages order fulfilment and carries the legal liabilities arising from this policy.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order free of charge, for any reason, at any time before it is dispatched. Email info@theislamiccorner.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we'll confirm the cancellation the same day, in shā Allāh.
- If you paid by bank transfer, we refund the full amount to the account it was sent from within 7–10 business days of confirming the cancellation.
- If you chose Cash on Delivery, no payment has been taken, so there is nothing to refund — the order is simply withdrawn.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled; it falls under the Return Window and process below instead.
- As set out in our Terms & Conditions, we may also cancel an order ourselves — for example if an item is out of stock or we suspect error or fraud — in which case any payment already made is refunded in full.
Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.
Conditions for Return
- The item must be unused, unworn and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, tags and accessories must be included.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
For reasons of hygiene and authenticity, the following cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Opened attars, perfumes, bukhoor and personal-care items.
- Personalized or custom-engraved items.
- Gift cards and clearance/final-sale items.
How to Start a Return
Email us at info@theislamiccorner.com within 15 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond with simple instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. You may also choose an exchange or store credit.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error — in which case we cover it.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll make it right, at no cost to you.
