Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Conditions for Return
- The item must be unused, unworn and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, tags and accessories must be included.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
For reasons of hygiene and authenticity, the following cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Opened attars, perfumes, bukhoor and personal-care items.
- Personalized or custom-engraved items.
- Gift cards and clearance/final-sale items.
How to Start a Return
Email us at info@theislamiccorner.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond with simple instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. You may also choose an exchange or store credit.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error — in which case we cover it.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll make it right, at no cost to you.
